Independent Media Promotion has been booking entertainment since 1996. Participating in the promotion of concerts and events since 1992, from The Outhouse in Lawrence KS to the prestine backyards of Maui HI. We book entertainment of all kinds.
​ Covid19 and the gradual re-opening of busineses around the country certainly impacts live entertainment. We are starting over. Clean slate ie empty talent roster. We encourage both original artists and the variety act to submit samples of work.

Here's how it works:
I.M.P. charges 15% of any given acts GROSS income for the performance(s) for an event. All Artist Agreements begin Non - Exclusive and employment remains merit based for both parties. Contracts are signed for each engagement and payment is due upon receipt. Fee's are deducted from the gross earnings directly after the engagement. If the Purchaser delivers a cheque, We pay the Entertainers once that check clears, usually between two and ten business days. We do not touch earnings from merchandising. The venue might. The remaining income is passed directly to the acts management or representative. Entertainers of ALL kinds can submit for consideration. I.M.P. Membership is not mandatory,
We will Book Entertainment anywhere we are asked to. We negotiate for both Talent and Entertainment Buyers. We assist in negotiations, settlement and dispute resolution and provide a method and protocol that encourages communication and industry standards. Complimenting the worlds best business practices. We have been "fine tuning the business of music since 1999".
